Marnie Simpson’s fans furious after she celebrates love-rat ex Lewis Bloor’s boxing win with a kiss
Her followers vent after she tweeted her cheating ex to congratulate him on his victory over Heavy D
MARNIE Simpson’s fans have been left furious after she tweeted her cheating ex Lewis Bloor to congratulate him on his big boxing win.
Last night her ex boyfriend went head to head in the ring with his former Celebrity Big Brother housemate Heavy D for the Boxing With The Stars and won.
Marnie was the first to congratulate her unfaithful ex, who bedded a woman behind her back, tweeting: “Well done @lewis_bloor it was a long journey with the best outcome! U did great ! #FightNight”
But her followers were not happy with her support for Lewis.
One tweeted: “I hope she’s been hacked, otherwise she has no self respect”
This one said: “no man what are you doing”
Another fan said: “Really?First you had a huge breakdown on Snapchat cause he cheated & stole money & now you’re congratulating him? have some self respect pls [sic]”
And this one tweeted: “why marnie? He treated you like a mug and you’re supporting him. I wud be supporting heavy d not him. #cheater [sic]”
The pair were also seen sharing a kiss and a hug after his big win.
The pretty reality star was seen heading straight for ring to congratulate him on his victory.
Lewis and Marnie split earlier this year after The Sun Online revealed he had been unfaithful to her.
We revealed Marnie had attended the match to cheer Lewis on, as insiders revealed she was keen to show her support for her love rat ex.
They told The Sun Online: “Marnie was trying to keep a low profile but she couldn’t hide her excitement at seeing Lewis in the ring.
“She’s had a tough few months with him but of course there are still feelings there – she was madly in love with him.
“By going down to support him tonight it’s making it obvious that she still cares for him.
“Whether they’ll get back together anytime soon is anyone’s guess but for now, she wants to see how it goes with them just seeing each other every now and then.”
The fight, which was organised by Jake Wood and his friend Spencer Oliver, was watched by hundreds who turned out to show their support for the fighters.
Heavy D will no doubt be gutted by his loss.
Earlier this month he told The Sun Online he thought he had a great chance of beating Lewis after training every day.
However he thought former Towie star Lewis could go all the way, saying: “As far as I know Lewis is a fit guy anyway and there’s training and he’s up for it.
“I know they’ve had altercations before, so this seems like the perfect opportunity to get in the ring and sort it out.”
But being out of the house hasn’t stopped them from bickering, with the pair regularly throwing insults at each other via social media and in interviews.
Only last week Heavy D, 43, slammed Lewis for fat-shaming him on Twitter, and revealed that he had lost two stone in preparation for their tense tear-up.
The dad-to-be’s angry comments came after Lewis branded him “a joke” in a scathing interview.
There were eight fights on the night, with Nathan Massey walking away victorious from his match with a London businessman.
Former Gogglebox star George Gilbey was beaten on the night by boxer Frank Smith.
