THE Real Housewives Of Cheshire has become the most volatile show on TV — and now things are turning up a gear as Dawn Ward clashes the former daughter-in-law of Manchester United legend, Sir Alex Ferguson.
We can reveal that Dawn, 43, fell out with Nadine Ferguson, 38, after she wanted to join the latest series and had hoped her long-time pal, who is married to former Blackburn Rovers striker Ashley, would swing it for her. She didn’t — and the pair had a public spat in Wilmslow.
Last night a show source said: “Nadine wanted to be on the telly and thinks Dawn should have put in a good word for her and done more to make that happen.
“They have known each other for years. Nadine feels she’d be a good character on the show. She’s been through a lot. She nearly died in a car crash, was Fergie’s daughter-in-law and was a Wag.
“But when they started talking about it they got really heated.
“Dawn wasn’t best pleased that she was putting all the blame on her.
“Neither of them are shrinking violets, they’re very strong women who are VERY straight talking!
“Most people wouldn’t get so vocal about it all, but Dawn is just like she is on the TV and doesn’t mince her words.
“At one point it looked like a mobile phone was thrown. Minutes later Dawn stomped off. It was just handbags but if they had been on the football pitch they would have been shown a red card.”
Nadine, who divorced Fergie’s son and Doncaster Rovers manager Darren in 2007, was involved in a horrific car crash on the school run in 2009. The collison left their son Charlie in a coma and Nadine facing having a leg amputated. Fortunately, they both eventually pulled through.
She refused to comment on the bust-up with Dawn when we approached her at her plush home in the Cheshire village of Mobberley.
But Dawn, wearing a white and blue unicorn onesie and speaking from her £15million, six-bedroom pad in posh Alderley Edge, said: “Nadine is a really good friend.
In fact she texted me this morning.
“Unfortunately people in Cheshire like to gossip and come up with titbits. I have known Nadine for a long time and we are fine. I don’t really want to go into it.”
These two may have patched things up but the constant rowing is causing chaos for the Monday night series.
Dawn, who was found guilty of common assault last year and bound over to keep the peace after a spat with singer Sinitta in a London restaurant, is no stranger to bust-ups.
In February we revealed she had fallen out with her best friend and RHOC co-star Leanne Brown.

It is claimed Leanne's husband's company, Wes Brown Ltd, loaned Ashley £500,000 four years ago which they claim has not been repaid. Lawyers have been called in and the Browns have sent their former friends a letter threatening legal action.
Leanne has said she is “devastated” over the fall-out. Meanwhile, Dawn did not go on a trip to Dubai with Leanne and other RHOC stars, and insiders say filming of the latest series has been a “nightmare” because they “refuse” to work together.
The feud has even been captured on camera and a glass is smashed during one heated exchange.
But viewers love the warring and catty comments. Last year Ampika ruffled feathers by turning up at Leanne’s 40th in just body paint, knickers and a pearl necklace.
Tanya said: “She looks like a unicorn has been sick all over her!”
And Missé Beqiri, who was married to Preston North End goalie Anders Lindegaard, bitched: “I’m thinking, ‘Is this a joke? Like a bad joke?’. Do you have to show up naked to a party to get attention?”
Drama like this has won RHOC fans from as far away as Dallas, New York and California. They tweet about their love for the show — and its stars take to social media too.
Last week, in a foul-mouthed Instagram rant, Tanya wrote: “There are two sides to every story and you’re a little c*** in both of them.”
Many online followers believed the cryptic comment was aimed at one of her RHOC co-stars. Fortunately, the cast seem to enjoy living out their lives in public.
This week Dawn, who owns the salon Skulpt, admitted she had had a non-surgical facelift and declared she “isn’t one to age gracefully”.

She even said she was considering a designer vagina procedure, although she won’t be the first, as Tanya had it done last year.
But the show draws the line at anything fake. So there were ructions after we told last week that its newest star is hiding a secret husband.
Ester Dee, 32, posed as the fiancée of millionaire property developer Rob Lloyd. In fact, Lloyd, 53, is her lover — and the Czech’s lavish lifestyle is funded by unsuspecting millionaire John Temple, 61, who she wed in 2015.
Former au pair Ester claimed she and Lloyd, who appeared on Channel 4’s The Secret Millionaire in 2009, were living together in a Georgian mansion.
Yet his £37million property empire has crumbled and he is believed to have been living in a caravan.
Today we can reveal that ITV bosses acted swiftly to our revelations by DROPPING Lloyd from the show.
Spokesmen for show-maker NBC Universal and Ester declined to comment. The PR firm which represented Lloyd said it was no longer looking after him.
A source told us: “Bosses were furious, the last thing they want is to be dragged into a fakery row.
“The show is still being shot but he is not in it any more. He’s been dropped and won’t be coming back.
“The bitching, cat-fights, fall-outs and dramas are all terrifyingly real.
“The longer the series is on the more volatile it becomes — and that’s why people love it.”
