What is Bake Off: The Professionals and when does it start?
Channel 4's new series sees 12 professional baking duos compete against each other.
They are judged by pastry chefs Cherish Finden and Benoit Blin who have held the same role since 2016.

It concludes with the grand final at 8pm on Sunday, July 1.
Who are the hosts?
Liam Charles
The Hackney-born student starred in the recent Great British Bake Off but was eliminated from the competition in October.
At the time he expressed a desire to get "Paul Hollywood's job in a couple of years" but seems to have been offered a starring role much sooner than he initially thought.
He said of the new show: "I’m totally amazed by the skill of professional chefs and to be doing this so soon after Bake Off, is just sick. I can’t wait to get cracking. I told you I’d be back.”
Tom Allen
The comedian is also one of the new hosts on The Professionals.
He has recently appeared on BBC1’s Wedding Day Winners, The Royal Variety Performance and Strictly’s It Takes Two.
Of his new role he tweeted: "Well it looks like I am co-hosting the new series of Bake Off: The Professionals with the lovely @LiamcBakes for @Channel4 and I am OVER THE MOON!"
Who are the judges?
Cherish Finden
Cherish is a multi-award winning Executive Pastry Chef at The Langham, London.
She moved to London in 2001 from Singapore but was well-known for her baking before the move.

what else is on tv?
Benoit Blin
Benoit is Chef Patissier at Oxfordshire’s Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons, where he has worked closely with Raymond Blanc OBE for over 20 years.
He grew up in a small town in Normandy, France and started his craft by getting an apprenticeship at a nearby bakery.
