Who are the hosts?

Liam Charles

The Hackney-born student starred in the recent Great British Bake Off but was eliminated from the competition in October.

At the time he expressed a desire to get "Paul Hollywood's job in a couple of years" but seems to have been offered a starring role much sooner than he initially thought.

He said of the new show: ";I’m totally amazed by the skill of professional chefs and to be doing this so soon after Bake Off, is just sick. I can’t wait to get cracking. I told you I’d be back.”

Tom Allen

The comedian is also one of the new hosts on The Professionals.

He has recently appeared on BBC1’s Wedding Day Winners, The Royal Variety Performance and Strictly’s It Takes Two.

Of his new role he tweeted: "Well it looks like I am co-hosting the new series of Bake Off: The Professionals with the lovely @LiamcBakes for @Channel4 and I am OVER THE MOON!"
