Taking to her Instagram, Montana shared a Story from her hospital bed as she told fans: "Right guys we're trying the ECV today, this girlie still hasn't twisted.

"Let's see how it goes I am a bit nervous but want to try everything to get her head down."

She followed it up a few hours later as she returned home with Mark and 17-month-old son Jude, who was born in 2023.

She explained that the ECV hadn't worked as she gave fans an update.

She shared: "UNSUCCESSFUL. I really had little faith it was going to happen and also it bloody hurt.

"I kind of wish I didn't try it as it was painful and she didn't move but oh well. I am still set on vaginal delivery so won't consider a c-section unless something drastic happens between now and then.

"Homebirth for the win and if I go into labour and something arises then birth centre but I have faith this girl will come when she wants and I can deliver breech."

Speaking to camera later she continued: "I feel very well informed, I feel positive that ive done my research on risks etc.

"I feel like consultants like to point you towards an elective instead of a vaginal breech birth but it is possible and also it can be safe to do with an experienced team around you it there could be complications later down the line who knows!

"But for now this is my plans; I'm sticking with home birth and as little intervention as possible."

She added: "My first birth I had no vaginal examinations because I knew that would throw me off in labour, I knew I'd want my space and the midwife said to me that I probably wasn't going to deliver that day but I knew in my body that Jude was coming thick and fast.

"Moral of the story, your instinct is stronger than you think, trust your body and of course listen to medical advice but advocate for yourself because you know yourself better than anyone! You have CHOICES."

Montana's ECV procedure is described by the NHS as "when we turn a baby from a breech to a head-down position.

"A breech position means that your baby is lying with their feet or bottom in your pelvis rather than in a head-first position.

"We turn your baby so that they can be born head-first. This reduces the chances of complications in birth."

Montana has previously told how she had struggled to conceive her first child Jude, but fell pregnant just days after being reunited with partner Mark O’Connor following filming of Celebrity SAS in 2022.

She confessed: "I was trying to have a baby for so long before SAS and literally in the few days that I got back I conceived.

"My body was obviously in peak physical condition. It was like clockwork.

"I wasn’t even stressed about getting pregnant. I genuinely think it was just because my body was at the peak of its physical fitness.

"You’re obviously on such a healthy diet. It’s just protein, carbs and healthy food. And it proves that physical exercise is so good for you.

"I think that show just reset everything. So yeah, an SAS baby."
