Victoria, 40, headed to Malibu, California for a day out at the beach and she wore a black and white vest top featuring the message about self control.
She was seen riding a bike close to the sea front, and frolicking on the sand with actor Alexander Wraith.

A friend of Lady Victoria, 40, told us how the whirlwind night of passion took place shortly after Mel had married businessman Stephen.
The three wound up in bed together following a boozy evening toasting Mel B’s success on US reality show Dancing With The Stars.

The former It Girl’s pal explained: “It was all a blur and everyone was very drunk, especially Lady Victoria.
