Julia Bradbury shows off her incredible abs and credits pole dancing for transforming her body after birth of twins
The television presenter returned to filming Best Walks six months after giving birth
JULIA Bradbury swiftly shed her excess post baby weight thanks to a mixture of pole dancing and outdoor walks.
The TV presenter was back in front of the camera working on Best Walks six months after delivering twins Xanthe and Zena and trekked a gruelling 25,000 steps during one of her shifts.
She'd already bolstered her fitness by taking up pole classes and even installed a pole in her West London home so that she could practice round the clock.
However, it was her day job that really helped get back to her best as her latest shoot for Fit & Well magazine shows.
The 46-year-old looks stunning in her vibrant sportswear, combining a pink crop top and skintight purple leggings to show off her taut abs.
In another shot she displays her lithe legs as she sits on the floor in nothing but a metallic shirt.
Speaking to the publication, she said: "I was back filming Best Walks six months after having the girls. I would have liked longer off, but it was already being planned out.

"I was filming six different locations over seven weeks and I walked off my baby weight. You’re working hard on those shoots, on your feet for 10 hours a day and covering miles. I think on one day we did about 25,000 steps."
Away from work Julia still ensures she hits her target of 10,000 steps a day and is unable to rest until she reaches the milestone.
"The other night it was about 11pm and I’d done 9,800 steps, so I ran up and down the stairs to get something, just so I’d hear the ‘ding’ to tell me I’d done my 10,000!
"My tummy’s changed. I’m getting older, too, so it’s important to take stock."
