And now it’s been revealed that the 39-year-old has checked into a  £8,000-a-week trauma centre.

It comes after sources claimed Lily recently reactivated her Raya dating account to keep tabs on David after discovering him on there.

David's alleged profile on the app shows the cartoon silhouette of what appears to be him smoking.

He states he's an actor living in Atlanta but originally from New York and has the tag line: "Closet nerd that plays tough guys on your TV."

Lily was devastated after discovering husband David has an active profile on celebrity dating app Raya, reports claim.

A source told : "Lily only rejoined Raya to try to figure out whether he was seeing someone.”

And now a source has told the publication that the devastated star felt “triggered” at the thought of him being elsewhere with another woman.

As a result, Lily has checked into the centre, and the source continued: “It was very painful for Lily to return home. David used to be her saviour and now he’s a trigger for her.

“Lily settled her kids back into the family home and took them to school for their new term, then flew herself straight to rehab. She went a day earlier than intended as she felt wobbly and desperate to escape.”

It’s reported that the singing sensation will spend several weeks at the US retreat, with no access to her mobile phone.

Here, she’s expected to take part in one-on-one therapy, group counselling sessions and walks in the countryside.

Lily herself spoke about “going away” recently, after her heartbreak.

The star didn’t confirm exactly where she is going at the time, but reassured fans she will not be checking into a drug rehab centre, adding: "I've not relapsed."

She said: "I know there's been some horrible blind items on the internet about me being found by my husband in a crack den, surrounded by men. I don't know who is spreading these vicious rumours but it's not true."

Speaking about her emotions on her , the mum-of-two did say that her phone will be banned when she arrives at her destination.

Lily admitted to her podcast co-star and best friend Miquita Oliver: "I’m finding it really hard to be interested in anything. I’m really not in a good place.

"I know I’ve been talking about it for months but I’ve been spiralling and spiralling and spiralling and it’s got out of control.

"I came to the Miss Me Christmas lunch and had a panic attack and had to go home. I went to see something at the theatre the other night with my friends Carla and Claire and I had to leave at half time.

"I can’t concentrate on anything except the pain that I’m going through."

The star, who married Stranger Things actor David in 2020, continued: "It’s really hard. I’m going away next week. You’re not going to hear me for a few weeks, listeners.

"I do want to reassure people because there will be speculation because of the amount of time that I’m going to be taking away, that I’m going to drug rehab - I’m not. I’ve not relapsed."

Lily told Miquita that she's looking forward to getting rid of her phone.

"They’re not doing us any good," Lily said. "They’re certainly not doing me any good at the moment. I really don't like my phone."

Miquita told Lily that she "shouldn't be on it," to which Lily said she believed 'no one' should have a phone and that devices should "go in the bin".

"I think social media has f***ed us. I think that it’s f***ed democracy, it’s f***ed everything, it’s f***ed the arts, it’s f***ed everything and we need to put them in the bin," Lily said.

"We’re not talking to each other anymore. We’re not talking to each other on the streets, we’re not smiling at each other, we’re not doing what human beings are supposed to be doing and I’m as guilty of that as anyone else.

"This is the one thing I’m very excited about where I’m going the next few weeks is that I’m not allowed my phone."
