What are the Olivier Awards?
The Olivier Awards ceremony is the biggest night in the theatre calendar.
It is hosted annually by the Society of London Theatre.
The night recognises the achievements of stars of West End productions.
Awards are also given to actors from non-commercial theatres such as the Royal National Theatre and the Barbican Centre.

Who hosted the 2018 Olivier Awards?
Catherine Tate hosted this year's Olivier Awards.
Catherine, 49, was born Catherine Ford on May 12, 1968 and is an English comedian, actress, and writer.
She has won numerous awards for her work on the sketch comedy series The Catherine Tate Show - which saw her become famous as Lauren the teenager with the catchphrase "Am I bothered?".
Catherine is also well known for playing the Doctor's assistant in Doctor Who from 2006 to 2010.
