‘Hypocritical’ Kardashians called out for wasteful water use, like Kim’s 232k excess gallons, at LA mansions amid fires
THE Kardashians have been called out for their "hypocritical" behavior and "wasteful" water use at their Los Angeles mansions as fires destroy the city.
The wind-fueled LA flames haven't spared the homes of the rich and famous with Hollywood A-listers tragically seeing their houses turned to smouldering rubble.
And the Kardashian clan have been trying to show their support for the community but faced a torrent of criticism on social media.
It comes as Khloe criticized LA Mayor Karen Bass' handling of the fire crisis, writing: “Mayor Bass you are a joke.”
Khloe’s comment came after the L.A. Fire Chief went on FOX 11 LA to claim the mayor hadn’t supported their department by ordering budget cuts, and compromised the department's abilities to fight the massive blazes as a result.
But Khloe has now been accused of being a "water hog" by angry fans, as one person wrote on X: “Instead of Khloe Kardashian talking bulls*** about Mayor Bass, people should be talking about how she and her sister used an excess of over 300,000 gallons of water in just one month during a drought."
