Feel-good specialist Sinisa on the the 'musical journey' of his new 11-track record plus some of the songs that helped him create it

BOSNIAN artist Sinisa Tamamovic dropped his new album Echoes Of Dawn at the end of last year on Systematic records.

The eleven-track long player sees the feel-good specialist explore a range of territories, wandering blissfully between refined shades of house, laced with techno energy, and a wide spectrum of other influences can be heard throughout.

Sinisa told us: “Echoes of Dawn is a musical journey created without borders, driven purely by feeling and the desire to explore sound in any territory without aiming for a specific genre.

"It reflects a freedom in music creation, where each track was allowed to evolve naturally over time.”

The album also made it into a milestone year for Marc Romboy's label as Systematic celebrated 25 years of operation last year. A fitting release for a consistently sought after label.

Tamamovic continues: “I'm incredibly thankful to Marc Romboy for reorganising the depth and range of these tracks, compiling them into an album that tells a story I may not have released otherwise.”

One of the records I used to play a lot and definitely nailed my taste for techno music in the early 2000s. It's a legendary release by Rino Ceronne on Rilis.

I first heard this remix during a night in my hometown when Scottish DJ Robin Murray joined in. He dropped this absolute bomb, and after some persuasion, I managed to get the vinyl from him. It’s still
a proud part of my collection.

Released over 12 years ago on Night Light Records, Broken Soul still resonates with me as a cornerstone of my signature sound. It has been essential in shaping my musical journey.

A classic track that introduced me to a more tribal and organic sound. It's a perfect record for building a great vibe on the dancefloor and controlling the energy of the night.

This timeless track features some incredible remixes. I often played Danny Tenaglia’s Oxide Mix and Timo Maas’s Dirty Dub. Both are unforgettable!
