The pop veteran is believed to have parted ways with her husband just three months after the birth of their son, and a new report suggests she could be in line for a major windfall if they signed a pre-nuptial agreement.
Michael Jackson's superstar sister married Al Mana, 42, in 2012, and she gave birth to their first child together in January at the age of 50.
But they are now believed to have split and TMZ.com reports the timing of the break-up is crucial to a pre-nup.
The site suggests the former couple "almost certainly" signed an agreement to safeguard their assets.
Most deals have clauses that give bigger pay outs to those who have been married for five to 10 years.
