Vicky Pattison loses 7lb in seven days during stay at No 1 Boot Camp

TV star Vicky has transformed her body again after staying at No 1 Boot Camp's retreat in Marrakech

VICKY Pattison lost 7lbs in a week after booking into No 1 Boot Camp's retreat in Marrakech.

The former Geordie Shore star was helped to overhaul her diet and lifestyle at the boot camp and now admits she feels better than ever.

Vicky said: "The trainers are super-strict with me which is just what I need. I always respond to a bit of discipline!

"We were up at 6.30am most mornings and I was blitzing it every day with really tough work-outs.

"It really worked because I felt firmer every day and lost a bit of excess weight around my tummy."

Every day 29-year-old Vicky would exercise with who'd previously worked with Princes William and Harry.

And, with the help of a nutritionist, Vicky was given a new meal plan to follow while she was at the camp.

Vicky decided to go back to No 1 Boot Camp ahead of her holiday to Dubai with her boyfriend John Noble.

Her healthy eating regime saw her tucking into steamed fish, homemade granola and tofu and mushroom satay skewers.

Vicky has made no secret of her battle with her weight and admitted it was hardest to keep in shape when she was in the Geordie Shore house.

Vicky explained: "When I look back on myself on Geordie Shore, it was a nightmare.

"Jägerbombs, vodka Red Bulls, kebabs at the end of the night, Egg McMuffins the next day to soak up the alcohol.

"It was relentless and really unhealthy but I’ve got no real regrets."

It's not the first time Vicky has visited the and now she tries to head to one of their retreats twice a year to tone up and detox.

Vicky, who also has her own successful fitness product brand Mini V Nutrition, added: "Boot camps really work for me - there is a real team ethic which develops amongst the campers.

"You make friends for life and lose weigh at the same time - what's not to like!"
