BEYONCE and Jay Z are upgrading their family home in time for the arrival of their twins by putting in a £94 million bid for huge Bel Air mansion.
The couple want to settle in California and they are ready to make the step up to a luxury eight-bedroomed retreat with bullet-proof windows.
Beyonce, 35, and her rapper husband are preparing to become parents again this year as the singer is pregnant with twins.
The babies will join their daughter, Blue Ivy, five, and the stars seem to be planning a house move before the family expands.
The New York Post's reports the couple have put in an offer on a super-couple in the exclusive California neighbourhood of Bel Air.

They are said to have put in a bid of £94 million for the huge home, which boasts four swimming pools, 11 bathrooms, a recording studio and a garage for 15 cars.
There is also added security with bullet-proof glass and a high fence with metal gates.
A source told Page Six: "The house is beyond words. No expense was spared in design or execution.”
Beyonce and Jay Z have spent the last few years renting in California as they search for their dream home.
They were previously out-bid on a £55 million mansion that caught their eye back in 2014 - it was snapped up by Minecraft billionaire Markus Persson who put in a high offer than the couple.
When Beyonce announced she was pregnant with twins, the snap she used went on to become the most liked photo in Instagram’s history – with over 10.9 million likes.
Tina uploaded a picture of herself with Beyonce and Destiny’s Child bandmate, Kelly Rowland from the party and captioned the snap: “3/4th of my girls. Missing ¼ at Coachella, My Solo.”
