RHONA Goskirk reported her harrowing rape ordeal to the police on tonight’s episode of Emmerdale.
Last night Rhona was brutally raped by her husband Pierce Harris just hours after their wedding.
Chilling scenes after the rape showed Pierce Harris (Jonathan Wrather) appearing to have little remorse for what he had done, with him even suggesting that she had “wanted it”.
But Rhona (Zoe Henry) was under no illusions as to what had happened and went straight to the police about the attack.
Still in her tattered wedding dress, she was guided into the station after telling an officer: "I think I've been raped".
Numbly, she agreed to go to the , where she was examined and burst into tears.
Straight after the attack, Rhona had been lying on the floor and stared blankly ahead as her vile husband did up his trousers, pretending that nothing was the matter.
After oddly telling her to get up or else she would get cold, he offered her a glass of water.

He sat beside her and even had the audacity to smirk.
Pierce remarked: “You know you wanted me just now, can’t deny it.”
When she didn’t respond, he continued: “You know you were the one who wanted our new life together, marriage…” He scoffed. “You practically begged me. Now all of a sudden you’ve changed your mind again.
“You don’t know what you want one minute to the next do you?"
Rhona stayed silent and he continued to try and manipulate the situation and said that she had made him think he could trust her, adding: “Now I’m not sure I can.”
He continued to try and get in her head and said: “I hope that you’re not going to try and make more of this just because you decide that it’s over between us.”
Pierce then shockingly told her not to worry and that he’d forgive her for kissing Paddy.
She managed to escape his clutches by telling him that she would be having a shower, and escaped while the water was still running.
When he realised that she was gone, he quickly strode over to the party at the Woolpack to make sure that she hadn't gone there and told anyone about what he had done.
But Rhona wasn't there - instead she had gone to the police station to report what had happened.
After being guided inside by a police officer outside, she told the cops that she had been raped by someone she knew.
She was then sent to the Sexual Assault Referral Centre, where she changed out of her wedding dress and into a clinical gown.
It was then that Rhona couldn't hold it in and cried. Those assessing her comforted her and told her that she was safe now.
Will Pierce pay for his horrific attack on Rhona? And will she confide in anyone about what he has done?
