Sir and Rumi Carter are four years old as of 2021.
According to the twins' birth certificates, which were obtained by TMZ, Beyonce gave birth to Rumi and Sir at 5.13am local time on June 13, 2017.
Her daughter Rumi was born first and Sir followed on later at the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles.
Overseeing the birth was Dr. Paul Crane, who delivered Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s children North and Saint, Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick’s brood, Mason, Penelope and Reign, plus Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna’s daughter, Dream.
After the births, the twins were kept in hospital and were thought to be given light treatment.
Bili lights are a form of phototherapy which is designed to eliminate high levels of bilirubin in the blood.
This could mean the twins had jaundice – a term used to describe the yellowing of the skin and the whites of the eyes.
Jaundice is common among newborns and is especially common for premature babies.
The Carter clan made sure that the pregnancy was kept under wraps while Beyonce came to term.

How old is Blue Ivy?
Beyonce and Jay-Z's first daughter, Blue Ivy, was born in January 2012 and is currently nine years old.
The Crazy In Love singer revealed her pregnancy in 2011 at the MTV Video Music Awards when she appeared on the red carpet in a stunning orange gown, cradling her bump for photographers.
Blue was then born several months later at the Lenox Hill Hospital in New York.
