Towie’s Arg looks skinnier than ever after massive weight loss as he joins Louisa Lytton and Tom Parker backstage at Grease
JAMES "Arg" Argent looks like a dapper gent, and a very slim one at that, as he poses with pals following his return from a Thai retreat.
The 29-year-old Towie star, who has shifted a stone, posed backstage at Grease the musical with its stars, The Wanted's Tom Parker, ex-EastEnders star Louisa Lytton and West End star Danielle Hope.
Louisa — known for playing Ruby in 'Enders until 2006 — plays Rizzo in the show, while Danielle and Tom play High School sweethearts Sandy and Danny.
Arg, who attended the show with two publicist pals from Channel 4 show The Jump, enjoyed it so much he complimented the performers on Instagram.
"They we're amazing & have inspired me... I could have a bit of that! #grease (sic)," he wrote.
Let's hope Arg didn't mean actual grease, as he's managed to have a Sandy-style transformation himself by keeping the weight off.
The Essex boy has kicked his addictions for good by doing lots of activities and eating only Asian food while abroad.
Towie bosses have not confirmed whether he will be allowed to return to the show for good in the next series but he definitely won't show up in the current one.
What's certain is all his pals, including Lewis Bloor, Jon Clark and Pete Wicks, are very glad to have him back.
Meanwhile Gemma Collins is desperate for him to unblock her on Instagram after she revealed he'd had sex with her on the same say as his then-girlfriend Lydia Bright.
Unsurprisingly, Lydia is yet to even mention his return on social media.
