Scotty T returning to Geordie Shore ‘for good’ after crisis talks over his wild behaviour
SCOTTY T returns to Geordie Shore filming “for good” today after a rocky year.
The “serial shagger”, 28, has been off screens for six months after bosses called crisis talks over his 'wild behaviour' and threatened to kick him off the show.
Next week fans of the show will see him make a surprise comeback during the cast ski trip after missing almost the entire series.
And The Sun Online can reveal that it's the start of things to come for the reality favourite as he is going back into the house permanently this week for the first time since last July, as he joins the rest of the cast to start filming series 15.
MTV insiders tell us that the plan is for him to film the entire series of the show, with producers satisfied that he has tamed his out of control behaviour enough to commit to the five-week filming schedule.
A source told The Sun Online: "There's been a lot of speculation around whether he was going to come back or not because of his wild partying - the production company discussed maybe giving him a break to get over his problems but it looks like he's now back on track."

It hasn’t been an easy ride for the Lothario - only four weeks ago MTV bosses were weighing up whether or not to remove him from the show completely following a series of mishaps, including “erratic behaviour” at the cast press day.
An insider told The Sun Online: “Scotty T might not be welcome back for the next series. He has been called in for a meeting with the show’s execs where they will decide if he has a future on Geordie Shore.
“The cast have known for a while he has serious problems.
"As one of the most-loved members of the cast, the source insisted the MTV thought really highly of the star.
“MTV really value Scotty, they think he’s a great talent and really want to keep him in company, but they need to consider taking him off Geordie Shore and the partying lifestyle for his own good.”
Meanwhile, a source at the press event added: “Scotty’s behaviour was erratic. He threw a strop over his lunch and had to be tracked down after stepping out of the building without giving notice.”
Scotty’s future on the show was thrown into question last summer when he was warned that if he didn’t become more reliable and stop turning up for filming in a hungover state, he would be booted out.
In July a TV source told Sun Online: “It may sound a bit ridiculous that the bosses of Geordie Shore are telling one of their biggest stars to stop partying and become more sensible, but that is what has happened.
“It has got to the point where they feel they can’t rely on him to do his job and they have warned him that if he doesn’t calm down and become more reliable, he won’t be allowed back for the next series.
“Over recent weeks his behaviour has become more erratic and something just had to be done.
“Obviously Geordie Shore is all about young people going out, getting trashed and living life to the full, but they’ve still got a job to do.”
The source added: “Scotty has gone from a virtual unknown to a huge star in a very short space of time, so it’s understandable that it’s all gone to his head, but he just needs to reassess and calm down a bit.”
