Marnie Simpson threatened to quit Geordie Shore just days before filming started after getting ‘stressed about being locked away for five weeks’
Friends say they wouldn’t be surprised if she walked out of the hit MTV show
MARNIE Simpson threatened to quit Geordie Shore just days before filming started.
The reality beauty is worried about being locked up without contact with the outside world.
As filming for the show began yesterday, a worried pal told The Sun Online they weren’t sure how she’d cope.
A source said: “Marnie was stressed about going back into the Geordie Shore house.
“She loves the show and her co-stars but it's going to be difficult for her to be completely off radar.
“Her friends and family think she might walk out of the house if it gets too much for her.
“She's already said she's getting anxious about not being able to contact anyone for such a long stretch of time.
“It's not just because of her personal life either. She's got business deals and a lot on work-wise so being out of the loop will be difficult.
“No one will be surprised if she bails for a day or two during filming.”
As she went back into the house with her co-stars, including Chloe Ferry and Gaz Beadle, on Wednesday, 25-year-old Marnie appeared to hint at giving her relationship with Aaron Chalmers another try.
