Who is Elliott Wright? Ex-Towie star and Mark Wright’s cousin who landed an ITV reality show about his wedding
ELLIOT Wright has been set to get a second reality TV series after starring in his own ITV show Playa in Marbella.
But what else has this former Towie hunk been up to since leaving the award-winning show? Here’s what we know…
Who is Elliott Wright and what is his background?
Elliot Wright was born December 17 1981 in Essex.
He is a restaurateur and reality star, known for being in The Only Way Is Essex.
Elliot is the cousin of Mark and Jessica Wright who also starred in the popular ITVBe show.
When was Elliott Wright in Towie? Is he still in it?
Elliot first burst onto The Only Way Is Essex in 2013 – although he had previously made a cameo appearance back in 2010 with his cousin Mark.
During his time on the show he was involved in many explosive storylines, which were normally down to his love life.
He left Towie in 2015 to focus on expanding his restaurant empire.
Since leaving Elliot has also starred in ITV special Real Full Monty – the show marked the 20th anniversary of The Full Monty and was supported by charities Movember, Cancer Research, Everyman and Prostate Cancer UK to raise awareness.
Who is Elliott Wright in a relationship with?
Elliott is married to model and fellow reality star Sadie Stuart.
The former Towie hunk popped the question last summer.
Before this, he was in a relationship with Chloe Sims when the pair were co-stars on The Only Way Is Essex.
Elliott has two children from a past relationship.
Is Elliott Wright getting a new reality show?
The Sun revealed how Elliot and Sadie landed their own reality TV show – echoing Katie Price and Peter Andre’s classic fly-on-the-wall shows.
The lovebirds were snapped up by ITVBe for a new two-part series focusing on their daily life together.
It will also show Sadie becoming step-mother to his two children and the couple making a family home together.
A source revealed: “Sadie is a lovely girl, she’s going to make an amazing wife and step-mother to Elliott’s kids and they’re really at ease in the limelight.
“Elliott loved having his own show before and they said at the time they’d like to keep it going with the next stage of their life together.
“The pair couldn’t be happier about this opportunity and are looking forward to giving fans another insight into their life.
“It’s going to give viewers an access-all-areas pass into their life at home, work and play as they juggle a demanding yet glamorous schedule.”
