Danny Dyer’s EastEnders comeback pictured as Mick Carter actor returns to the Queen Vic a month after leaving show for break
DANNY Dyer's EastEnders comeback has been revealed.
The actor - who plays Mick Carter in the BBC soap - took time off from filming earlier this year but now spoiler pictures have revealed he will be back in just weeks and it's a quieter affair than usual, or is it?
The pub landlord sits in the Vic's newly repaired kitchen looking at documents but could he have discovered the truth of how the pub was saved?
Mick is unaware that the pub's freehold was sold to raise the cash to fund the repairs and save Lady Di, and from the looks of things it doesn't look like he has discovered the shocking truth that his mum Shirley forged his signature to make the sale.
Danny, 39, has been back on set filming, and now it has been confirmed he will return to screens on Friday May 19.
The date would tie in with Danny being spotted at the EastEnders studio back in March after he was given time off by BBC bosses due to his gruelling work schedule and party lifestyle.
He was seen arriving at Elstree in a Porsche 4x4 to finally get back to business after his hiatus, and his co-stars were reportedly delighted to see him on set.
The East End tough guy is said to be in better shape than ever just six weeks after he was told to rest up, and The Sun previously revealed his comeback scenes will involve a punch-up with Walford new boy Woody, played by Lee Ryan.
The Sun Online has contacted a representative for EastEnders for comment.

The Sun revealed how the party animal actor stopped filming suddenly in February after talks with show bosses.
We then obtained video footage of Danny being calmed by co-stars in a meltdown after the National Television Awards weeks earlier.
Witnesses have told how EastEnders stars had to step in as raging Danny “kicked off” after the bash.
Danny, whose character has been at the centre of several big storylines, flew to Cape Town, South Africa, without wife Jo, 40, or their three children Dani, 19, Sunnie, eight, and son Arty, two.
There were concerns that Danny might leave permanently, with his £400,000 a year contract set to expire in November, but fans won't have much longer to wait until they see Mick Carter back in the Vic.
He was first seen to be missing from the cast back in March when funeral scenes for his on-screen grandmother Sylvie were shot and Danny was not present.
- EastEnders airs Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday nights on BBC One
