EVA Longoria proves she’s a pillar of the community in her latest photoshoot.

The Desperate Housewives actress, 42, clung to a lamp post as she posed in swimwear and high heels for Health magazine.

But despite her enviable figure, she insists she hates exercising to stay in shape.

She said: “I don’t enjoy working out. I like the way I feel after working out. I always wish my trainer doesn’t show up. I’m always like, ‘I hope he cancels, I hope he cancels’.”

We’re sure she’ll stay looking this good for Eva.
