But what do we know about Viviana Ross, how did she meet the Pirates of the Caribbean star and why was she fired from her job? Here's everything you need to know.
Who is Viviana Ross?
Viviana Ross is a 22-year-old aspiring Irish/Romanian actress who moved to London from Germany.
She was born in Dublin, where she lived for six years, and is trilingual.
Viviana graduated from the Munich Film Academy in 2015.
She starred in independent action film One Shot Left earlier this year.
How did waitress Viviana meet Orlando Bloom?
Viviana hit it off with Orlando while she was pouring his drinks at the five star hotel.
Her pal told The Sun: "There was real electricity between her and Orlando from the moment they saw each other.
"After her shift on the Friday night she got changed into normal clothes, left the bar and bumped into Orlando outside.
“They chatted and he asked her to join him in his room for a drink. Of course she said ‘Yes’.
“She said it was like fireworks were going off between them. In the room they had a gin and tonic and then started kissing.
“He made the first moves. He’d been staying at the hotel for five days and the sexual tension had been building up."
They added: "“It was a one-night fling. Neither of them expected anything to come of it. It was one amazing night with incredible sex that Viviana wanted to be a good memory.”
The pal also said Viviana was “hurt” by the dismissal.
Why was Viviana fired from her job at Chiltern Firehouse?
The morning after Viviana and Orlando's romp, he left for an interview while she stayed in bed.
A general manager let himself into the suite and found her naked in her bed.
The friend said: “The manager asked, ‘You work here?’
“Viviana said, ‘Yes, why?’
"But he just closed the door and within an hour she received a text message saying she was sacked. Just like that.
“She was informed her contract had been terminated. She left the hotel and has not been back since.
“Viviana was not working when she went back to the room. It was in her own personal time.
“It’s a shame because she is very hard-working and she was well liked."
The Chiltern Firehouse, whose VIP guests include David Cameron, Kate Moss, David Beckham and Simon Cowell, refused to comment.

What did Orlando do when he found out?
After discovering that Viviana had been fired following their night out, Orlando got hold of her number to get in touch.
Caring Bloom, 41, is thought to have been so concerned about Viviana that he called the exclusive venue that fired her to get hold of her mobile number.
A source revealed to The Sun: “Orlando got her number from the Chiltern Firehouse in London and called to make sure that Viviana was okay.
“The call will have come out of the blue – he is a gentleman and he genuinely had no idea what had happened after he left he Chiltern Firehouse.
“He just said, ‘I am sorry about what happened.’”
But in an exclusive interview with The Sun on May 17, 2018 actress Viviana revealed producers and agents have unfairly written her off because of the fling, hurting her career while Orlando has gone from strength to strength — and lost all interest in her.
