Liam Gallagher lets rip after years of silence to reveal his divorce hell, why his son owes him cash… and takes a predictable pop at brother Noel
BITING his tongue was never LIAM GALLAGHER’s style — and after years of silence the reclusive OASIS loudmouth has finally let rip.
In an extraordinary interview, Liam, reveals the hell of his divorce from ALL SAINTS singer NICOLE APPLETON and having to fork out cash for his secret lovechild with US writer Liza Ghorbani, which eventually crippled his marriage.
Holed up in his local London pub each day to drown his sorrows, Liam that he almost emigrated to Spain to get away from it all.
He said: “I was waiting for the divorce to kick in, to see what f***ing pennies they’d throw back at me, and I was out of here.
“I was gonna go and live in Spain and just chill out, get fit, eat nice, bit of sun on me bones and just f***ing live.
“I know it was all my own doing and that. But I was just living in ghoul world with f***ing lawyers. Every day.
“If it wasn’t the divorce lawyer, it was the other lawyer.
“It was f***ing grim. They just make it worse. They f***ing strung it out, mate. They definitely know how long a piece of string is.”
Liam, who now lives in London with his girlfriend Debbie Gwyther, has never been kind to his exes — and that’s not going to stop now.
His former wife PATSY KENSIT became his latest target as he spoke about their teenage son Lennon’s modelling career.
Taking credit for Lennon’s success, he said: “I mean, there’s some s*** that he’s been f***ing wearing...
“But listen, he’s earning corn, man.
“Where’s my cut? Them two eyebrows, they’re mine, right? So I want a cut of this f***ing wonga.
“And the f***ing name Gallagher, I want a cut of that as well! He’s like, ‘What d’you mean?’
“I’m like, ‘See how much f***ing work you get if you change your name to Lennon Kensit. Zilch! So where’s my cut?”
The singer is itching to launch his career as a solo artist after completing work on his debut album — and it’s no wonder.
Life as Liam Gallagher for the past three years sounds grim.
In his words, it revolved around “drinking too much and doing nothing”.
He added: “I’d open the door and get mithered to death straight away.
“People going, ‘Oasis, Oasis, Oasis’ in your face, and it’s like you’re in a bad trip.
“You’re this guy in Oasis, but you’re not doing anything any more.
“You start going, ‘Am I a f***ing has-been? Is this it?’ And you’re sitting there going, ‘Well, maybe it is.’?”
Of course, Liam still found time to have a go at his oldest foe of all — his brother NOEL.
Asked about whether he will ever tire of mocking Noel, he replied: “No. Not at f***ing all. I think he’s had it easy off me.
“It’s only sticks and stones — they won’t break his bones.
“Wait till I bump into the c***. Everything I say is the f***ing truth. I’ve not even dug that deep yet.”
Liam might be out of his shell at last but he’s still as bitter as ever.

DOHERTY BEATEN TO KATE
TURNS out PETE DOHERTY was KATE MOSS’s sloppy seconds.
Pete got together with the model after she’d had a one-night stand with his LIBERTINES stand-in ANTHONY ROSSOMANDO, who later went on to form Indie band DIRTY PRETTY THINGS with CARL BARAT.
The US rocker made the shock confession, claiming he was told to “do it for the USA” by WHITE STRIPES frontman JACK WHITE and singer BRENDAN BENSON.
He also admitted they did the deed in SADIE FROST and JUDE LAW’s home.
Anthony said: “I first met Kate Moss at Sadie’s.
“I was involved with some very weird things at her place, like a threesome on the top floor with her friend.
“I look up and there’s pictures of Jude Law and her and the kids. Those Londoners are up for it.
“But Kate... I cheated on my girlfriend with Kate.
“I f***ed up in the biggest way possible.”
Kate famously went on to date Pete for two-and-a-half years.
Anthony, who was substituted in for troubled Pete as a touring member of the Libertines during the 2000s, made the bombshell revelation in Lizzy
Goodman’s new book Meet Me In The Bathroom.
At least they didn’t do it in there.

— LITTLE MIX don’t do things by halves, except when it comes to their trousers.
LEIGH-ANNE PINNOCK sliced her pink bottoms in two in these incredible snaps from behind the scenes on their latest video shoot.
Her bandmates JESY NELSON, JADE THIRLWALL and PERRIE EDWARDS decided to ditch theirs altogether.
My first-look pictures are from the set of the girls’ video for new single Power.
Fans have been demanding the track as a single ever since they released their No1 album Glory Days in November.
To go one better, they recruited British grime king STORMZY for this version.
The video is still a few weeks away, so you will have to make the most of these pics in the meantime.
- NAOMI CAMPBELL did not let her guard down at the Cannes 70th Gala Dinner – quite literally. The supermodel was the only star to bring minders to the event. They stood behind her all evening holding her bag and cigarettes.
BIZ METER: FILM
— GUY RITCHIE’s latest film King Arthur: Legend Of The Sword looks like the biggest flop of the year after limping to the top of the UK box office with a weekend gross of £2.5million. That’s despite a budget of £212million and a cast featuring CHARLIE HUNNAM, JUDE LAW and, er, DAVID BECKHAM.
— THE young cast of STEPHEN KING’s It have admitted that even they were terrified when shooting the supernatural film. Actor FINN WOLFHARD said: “It was ridiculously scary, especially seeing the clown for the first time.” Asked if it gave him nightmares, he added: “A little bit, yeah.” It would freak me out, too.
— MORE than three decades have passed since TOM CRUISE took to the skies in Top Gun – but he’s finally getting back in the pilot’s seat. The Hollywood legend, who played hotshot fighter pilot Maverick in the 1986 movie, has confirmed a sequel “is definitely happening,” adding: “I’m going to start filming it, probably in the next year.”
— AFTER his clash with Kylo Ren in Star Wars: The Force Awakens, Finn is the talk of the town in The Last Jedi. Actor JOHN BOYEGA, who plays the resistance fighter, said: “The funny thing is, between VII and VIII, Finn’s now a big deal. Imagine that – you get taken down by Kylo.
“Think about what the gossip’s going to be like in the resistance.”
