FORMER Oasis singer Liam Gallagher is on the the road solo for the first time ever.
The Beady Eye frontman is touring the UK this summer and is donating profits from his Manchester gig to an appeal to help victims of the bomb attack. Here are the details...
When is Liam Gallagher touring and can I get tickets?
Britpop hero Liam is heading all over the world, from late May to early September, and he's playing four dates in the UK and Ireland.
Between tunes, gig-goers can expect a lot of catty comments about his brother Liam's unwillingness to reform Oasis as well as the usual, swear-laced existential angst.
Tickets for the gigs, which all kick off at 7pm, went on sale on May 26 and sold out rapidly.
Will Liam play Oasis songs?
Liam has made it explicitly clear that unlike brother Noel Gallagher, he's keen to play Oasis tracks for fans at his solo concerts.
Asked when gig-goers can expect the Oasis numbers on this tour, he replied: “Straight away. Some at the beginning, some in the middle and some at the end.”

Mancunian Liam is giving all the profits from his Tuesday May 30 homecoming gig in Manchester to the .
This is an appeal to help those affected by the devastating bomb attack, ensuring victims and bereaved families don't suffer with "short-term financial difficulties."
He's said of this decision: “I just knew I had to. I’m not in it for the money.
"The gig was going to happen anyway and we all have to do what we can. I want to try and help pick people up. People like me, doing what we do, it’s our duty to give people a good time.”

When he's not doing his own gigs, Liam is dropping in at the Leeds and Reading Festivals, on Friday August 25 and Sunday August 27 respectively.

Oasis tours were notoriously raucous, and Liam - who's now 44 - says he wants to bring the spirit back, while also looking after his health a bit more.
“I never looked after it in the old days," he admitted.
"You’ve just got to be good when it comes to gigging, go easy on the cigs and alcohol. But it can’t all be no fun – I wouldn’t do it if it was.
"I’m not Aled Jones. It can’t be all work and no f***ing play. You’ve just got to pick your moments to let loose.”
