Mum-of-three has suffered complications during her latest pregnancy including gestational diabetes and Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction
DANIELLE Lloyd was forced to use a wheelchair after struggling extreme pelvic pain on holiday in Dubai.
The mum-of-three has spoken candidly about her maternity turmoil, which has left her bedridden with gestational diabetes as well as crippled by Symphysis pubis dysfunction (SPD).
SPD is a condition that causes severe pain in the pelvic area and is diagnosed in around one in 300 pregnancies.
While in Dubai with her fiancé Michael O’Neill and three young sons Harry, Archie and George it seems the pain from the condition became too much for Danielle.
During an afternoon out at IMG Worlds of Adventure, the 33-year-old used a wheelchair to help ease her pain.
“I also feel like I’m suffering with Braxton Hicks which is far too early.”
Danielle also admitted she almost passed out with the pain after returning from her baby-moon with Michael last month.
She explained: “The flight home was a bit of a scare as when I was walking, it felt like the baby was pushing down and I nearly passed out once I sat down.
“I felt better after a sleep but I still really want to get checked out.”
As the day went on, Danielle put on a brave face for her sons and joined in a number of games with them.
When she could, she walked around with her family and grinned as her young sons excitedly pointed out attractions.
Last month Danielle shared a 4D scan of her unborn son and told her fans she thought he looked like Michael.
She wrote next to the snap: “My little man looking the double of his daddy @gint1986. Can’t wait for him to get here”
Ex-CBB star Danielle revealed that she was expecting another boy live on an episode of Loose Women.
The star had also previously revealed her boys were unimpressed that they were getting another brother instead of a sister.
She wrote in her column: “The boys didn’t take it very well unfortunately! We got a box and filled it with balloons – pink for a girl or blue for a boy – when they opened it and saw the blue balloons they started crying!”
