FURIOUS Chanelle McCleary flew into a fit of rage on her first day as a Big Brother housemate after being exiled from the group as part of the latest twist.

The former Ex on the Beach babe was one of the first contestants to fall victim to the hands of the 'People's housemate' Tom Barber - who communicated with the public via a Facebook live to determine which six housemates will be 'exiled' from normal BB status.

After the Facebook chat with the viewers, Tom was then instructed to reveal who he had chosen to live an 'inferior' life inside the Elstree compound and face the first public vote by dishing out badges to those who can remain 'citizens'.

When Chanelle was instructed to stand up by Big Brother and approach Tom to find out her fate, she was initially grinning as she fixed her dress - which caused more than a little controversy on entering the house - and stood in front of him.

However, her happiness soon turned to pure rage as she's informed she's one of the unlucky contestants.

Tom told her: "Sorry, but you haven't got a badge. I was advised not to give to you by the public."

When she asked why, he simply said: "Because you're loud, and you're annoying."

Chanelle then sat down in a huff and was upset the public thought bad of her because she's 'loud'

In response, Chanelle screamed at the top of her lungs straight into his face before sitting back down in a huff.

When her housemates tried to reassure her, she moaned: "That's so annoying! I am not sly, I am not two-faced... what you see is what you get, and they've not give it me (sic) just because I'm loud? F*** off."

Tom, who beat out three other potential housemates to be voted in by the public during the live show yesterday, was told of his duties in front of the other contestants shortly after entering the house.

Big Brother told the house: “As you know the people’s housemate will hold great power over the Big Brother house – but this is no normal power. This is people power.

“Tom will have regular contact with the great British public who will assist him in making some very important decisions that will effect each and every one of you.”

They then told Tom: “Your first decision will take place tonight. Currently you are all Big Brother citizens, safely residing with the Big Brother village.

"Shortly however, tom will have his first contact with the outside world.

“When he returns, half of you will have your citizenship revoked. This not only means that you will be exiled to the fringes of Big Brother society, but you will also be at risk of eviction this week. ”
