X Factor star underwent three treatments last week and flew home to Liverpool days after
X FACTOR star Christopher Maloney was rushed to hospital with a suspected deep vein thrombosis days after flying home from a plastic surgery holiday to Poland.
The 39-year-old was left terrified after he woke up with no feeling in one of his legs.
The singer - who appeared on the January 2016 series of Celebrity Big Brother - flew to Europe Surgery for his SIXTH nose job, and for an op on his eyelids. He also had a hair transplant.
A source told The Sun Online: "Christopher flew home on Saturday after having a hair transplant and surgeries on his eyelids and nose.
"He was fine and recovering as normal, but when he woke up on Tuesday morning he had lost all feeling in one of his legs and he was covered in purple and yellow bruises.
"Chris was absolutely terrified and got to hospital as soon as he could.
"Doctors gave him some blood-thinning drugs and after some observation time, sent him home to recover.
"He can't stop thinking about how lucky he was - there are so many horror stories about DVT clots travelling in to the heart or lungs. It's a killer."
The triple whammy of surgical procedures now bring the grand total he's spent on plastic surgery to a staggering £115k.

The source added that Chris has to return to hospital for a follow-up appointment tomorrow, and despite the terror caused by his unexpected dash to A&E, he's not been put off having more surgery.
They said: "Chris has always gone to Poland for his surgeries as he knows that they're trustworthy and do a great job.
"As scary as the experience was, he knew there was a risk that this could happen flying so close to having surgery."
Chris had his hair transplant last Monday, with his face ops on the Wednesday.
He was joined by Danniella Westbrook, 43, who had a facelift at the same clinic.
Having exclusively revealed the first look at her new face to The Sun Online on Thursday, Danniella gave a further insight into her recovery in a video on her Instagram.
Propped up in bed with a white bandage wrapped around her face and head, the 43-year-old lay alongside former X Factor star Christopher, who had bandages over his eyes and nose.
The singer added a pair of sunglasses over the top, despite being indoors, and Danniella soon explained more about what they had both been up to.
She said: “So I’ve had a face lift, Chris has had his fricking eyelids done and his new hooter…there’s no hope for my hooter obviously and this is what happens when you go to Poland with your bestie for surgery.”
Reps for Chris Maloney have been approached for comment.
WHAT IS DVT?
A DEEP vein thrombosis, commonly known as a DVT, is a life-threatening blood clot that develops in a vein.
Typically they affect the legs and form in the veins that run through the muscles in the calf and thigh. Also known as venous thrombosis they can cause pain and swelling in the leg and can lead to life-threatening complications. Pieces of the blood clot can break off into the bloodstream and travel to the lung, where they can block blood vessels. Known as a pulmonary embolism they can cause breathlessness, chest pain or sudden collapse. Symptoms of DVT include:pain, swelling and tenderness in one leg, usually your calf, a heavy ache in the affected area, warm skin in the area of the clotted skin, particularly at back of the leg below the knee. DVT affects around one in every 1,000 people in the UK every year. Anyone can develop one, but they're most common in the over 40s. Lots of things increase a person's risk, including family history, a history of blood clots, being inactive for long periods such as on a long haul flight or recovering after surgery. Being pregnant, obese or overweight are also risk factors. The Pill and HRT can both increase the risk too, due to the fact they boost oestrogen levels.
