JOE Wicks has given fans his top exercises to get them ready for the gruelling record-breaking HIIT routine he is getting ready to perform.
The fitness guru made a quick stop at Good Morning Britain to talk Kate Garraway and Ben Shepherd through some easy routines everyone can do at home as part of High Intensity Interval Training (most commonly known as HIIT exercises).
Explaining that HIIT works by forcing the body through short bursts of high energy exercises for 30 seconds before relaxing for 30 seconds - encouraging those who struggle with regular exercise to persevere through it.
Speaking about the kind of exercises he's going to be doing as he attempts to break the world record for biggest HIIT class in Hyde Park next week, Joe then gave the pair a quick lesson on some of the moves to expect.
The first one was the power squat - an adjusted star jump that is merged with a deep squat to get the blood moving.
Next he showed the Mountain climber, and lay out in a press up position before bringing each knee up to his chest in quick succession.
Clearly breaking a sweat himself, Joe finished off the routine with a rope climb - where you quickly climb an imaginary rope to get the heart rate going.

The Body Guru's appearance on the show comes as he prepares to try to break the Guinness World Record for biggest HIIT class.
He's hoping he can get 5,000 people to take part in the 30-minute class in order to completely smash the record, which currently stands at 3,687 participants in the USA.
The event will be run as part of the Barclaycard British Summertime Festival in Hyde Park, with proceeds from the event going to Teenage Cancer Trust.
Clearly excited about the event, he announced:"It's on the same stage that Bieber and the Killers are going to be on!"
Those who want to get involved can head to the website and register with entry costing £5.
You have to be 16+ to participate in the event and will receive a free water bottle on the day to keep you hydrated.
He ended his brief appearance by saying: "I just think it will be great to do something in London that will make us feel good on a lovely summer's evening and bring everyone together and get that world record!"
