The couple enjoyed a day out in Eastbourne on Friday, along with Binky's mum Jane.

Designer and reality star Binky looked a natural as she put together her daughter's buggy and smiled at her baby as she walked.

India looked a little tearful in her car seat, but was no doubt smiling after her mum showered her with affection.

JP managed to fit a work out into the day, showing off his muscular arms in a vest as he skipped.

He placed his hand on his stomach and gasped for breath after a vigorous session with the rope.

India weighed a healthy 7lbs 13oz when she was born at St Mary's Hospital, Paddington, on June 12.

It sounded like the perfect birth, with Binky explaining: "It was a dream labour. There was no screaming or crying and it wasn’t like in a movie. It was all over very quickly.”

Josh added: “I burst into tears when she was born… When you’ve seen your partner give birth you end up feeling emotions for them that you’ve never felt before. I can’t describe how much admiration I have for her for what she’s been through… it’s a new feeling in my heart.”
