EastEnders fans fear Dot Branning is DEAD after she collapses on the floor

EASTENDERS fans were left fearing the worst this evening after Walford legend Dot Branning collapsed on the floor.

Dot ended up tripping over her beloved cat Dave right at the end of the episode and lay sprawled on the floor.

The BBC soap has previously teased that something could happen to Dot in their epic spring trailer.

But fans were still horrified by the sight of her lying motionless on the floor and flocked to Twitter to express their shock and dismay.

One wrote: "Omg is Dot dead?!?!?! #eastenders."

While another ranted: "is dot dead. she better not be, i know that a legend was not just killed by her own goddamn cat #EastEnders."

A third insisted: "Dot better not be dead. 😢😢😢 #EastEnders."

Another took it out on the poor cat again: "That stupid cat!!!!..... someone go round and check on Dot, poor dan looked dead on that floor!!!! 😂🙈 #EastEnders."

Will Dot recover or is this the end?
