Frankie Essex shows off her flat stomach in impressive photo montage after staggering weight loss
FRANKIE Essex continues to show off the incredible results of her fitness regime in her latest Instagram snaps.
The TV personality and workout addict has reached out to her loyal fans and offered them a helping hand in achieving their own fitness goals.
The 29-year-old Towie star is offering followers the chance to workout with her as she posed in gym attire.
Going one step further than using a fitness DVD at home, they will be joined by Frankie and a personal trainer in a private studio for an intense workout.
Frankie captioned the collage of pics: "Come and join me this July with the amazing team @CarbonBootCamp. I will be training with you and a top personal trainer in the brand new Hertford bootcamp. It's gonna be fab."

The Towie babe has recently attended a body bootcamp to lose weight and after losing six pounds, she was more than happy to show off her shapely new figure.
Frankie has recently been catching the sun on a number of exotic holidays and showing off her enviable figure.
Last week Frankie was enjoying a summer getaway in Cyprus.
Wearing a black one-piece with a v-neck that plunged down to her belly button, the star looked more confident than ever as she embraced her inner Bond girl and emerged from the water.
Over the past year, the former Towie star has overhauled her diet and hit the gym regularly to drop two stone and tone up.
The 29-year-old has also released a weight-loss DVD off the back of her body transformation and while there are many similar ones on the market, Frankie insisted hers was a cut above the rest.
When asked what sets her apart from her counterparts, such as I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here winner Scarlett Moffatt, Frankie told The Sun Online that “mine is completely different to everyone else’s”.
She continued: “We filmed it in Greece and the scenery is just beautiful.
“There are no stops either, we work out for the full 20 minutes – we don’t stop and start and you can tell because the sun sets behind me while we’re doing it."
