Big Brother viewers baffled and amused as Hannah Agboola completely freaks out because Ellie Young is dressed like a Smurf
BIG Brother viewers were left bemused by Hannah Agboola when a wave of irrational fear took control of her when Ellie Young and Sam Chaloner emerged in the house covered in face paints.
In scenes aired on Bit on the Side on Monday, it appears Ellie and Sam have been included in a task where they have been painted as a Smurf and the Incredible Hulk respectively.
As part of the task, they can’t wash for 24 hours – with their skin brightly painted blue and green.
While the fellow housemates all erupted into laughter at the pair being painted, Hannah was seen screaming and running in the opposite directions.
Explaining herself in the Diary Room, Hannah revealed she has an uncontrollable fear of Smurfs.
“It’s not so much Sam, it’s Ellie,” she explained as she teared up in the Diary Room.
“Ellie looks like an actual Smurf. And I’m scared of Smurfs, like; ‘Oh goodness!’” she wailed.
“She just looks blue! And when she opens her mouth I’m just like ‘Argh!’” she continued.
“It’s scary. It’s proper scary. I’m forgetting that she’s actually human, but because she is so blue, I just think she’s actually a Smurf,” Hannah said.
“Oh goodness! It is scary. Oh my goodness,” she repeated as she broke down in tears.

The Smurfs are cartoon characters created by Belgian comic artist Peyo (real name Pierre Culliford) in 1958.
The blue creatures live in a fictional Smurf village and are constantly having to outwit a villain named Gargamel.
The villagers were all male until Gargamel created a female Smurf, named Smurfette, to distract the men so he could finally capture them.
However Smurfette switched allegiance and they all lived merrily in the village.
