BIG Brother could move abroad to compete with its exotic rival Love Island.
The sexed-up ITV2 show filmed in Mallorca has been sweeping the floor with BB in the ratings war and makers Endemol are considering taking drastic steps to draw the viewers back in.
Endemol’s chief creative officer told The Daily Star: “I think Love Island has been sensational.
“If Big Brother is not on top form, we have to keep changing it. You have got to get at it creatively to think what its next manifestation will be.”
And asked if Big Brother could move overseas like Love Island, he cryptically replied: “Listen, we should not rule anything out.”
Shrugging off the diminished ratings, the boss added: “I am really positive about the future.”
This comes has Channel 5 were dealt a new blow on Saturday night as overnight ratings reveal the show has slumped to a new low of just 650,000 viewers.
Despite its peak time and no Love Island that evening to compete against, the show still wavered in the ratings war against reigning champion Casualty and even shows such as Melvin Bragg on TV: The Box that Changed the World.

While the hospital drama took the lion’s share of viewers with a 4 million average, Big Brother failed to compete with a documentary on the history of television, which averaged 760,000 viewers.
At its lowest point, the Channel 5 reality show stooped to a measly 540,000 viewers, and at its peak only reached 730,000.
The new ratings blow comes after the show attempted to spice up the house by adding in four new housemates.
