Love Island fans urge viewers to vote for ‘muggy’ Mike Thalassitis to return to the villa so that he hooks up with Tyla now Jonny’s left

'MUGGY' Mike Thalassitis could return to the Love Island villa following a sensational twist on tonight's show - and fans want to see him hook up with Tyla Carr.

The hunk was embroiled in the biggest love triangle of the series so far as he battled Chris Hughes for Olivia Attwood's affections, only to be booted off the island by the other contestants.

And in a surprise twist,  it's been revealed that Mike, along with fellow old boy Sam Gowland could return, while two newbies - Jack from Peterborough and Scott from Burnley - could also get a chance to enter the villa.

Fans need to pick which two out of the four they'd like to see enter the villa in tomorrow night's show.

If Twitter reaction is anything to go by, Mike is the early front runner, with many wanting to see more of him following the news he slept with ex-contestant Jessica Jessica Shears the night they were evicted.

With Jonny Mitchell having left the show tonight, his love interest Tyla is without a partner and fans think she and Mike could work well together.

Fans flooded Twitter following the announcement, with one writing: "OMG YESSSS WHAT A TWIST BRING THE OLD ONES BACK!!!!!!!! #loveisland"

Another questioned: "Bring back Mike and Sam! I wonder if Mike will try it on with Tyla or take back Olivia and push Chris over the edge???"

Jonny chivalrously decided to leave tonight's show to save his partner Tyla, leaving her in floods of tears.

Speaking to The Sun following his departure he confirmed he ISN’T a millionaire businessman, despite his Instagram being full of exotic snaps and lavish items – and admits he can’t even remember the last time he did a day’s work.

The reality star confessed to cheating on his ex-fiancée, which came as “no surprise” to her family – and doesn’t deny having sex with Tyla Carr inside the villa.

But The Sun’s Bizarre column revealed the star fakes his fortune by uploading photographs from rented apartments, buying knock-off designer watches and posing with his dad’s luxury car.

And a source told how he regularly posts snaps of previous holidays to create the illusion of being abroad more often than he really is.

Confirming the revelation in an interview following his exit, he said: “I’m not a businessman. I haven’t worked for over a year. My dad owns a few businesses.

“I left the country with my ex-fiancée to start a business with her but then the relationship finished and I got a free pass to enjoy myself for a couple of years.

“I don’t want to get into my finances. I am not struggling – put it that way.”
