Love Island shock dumping tonight as ANOTHER couple are booted off the island

LOVE Island will dump TWO islanders in a shock elimination tonight.

One couple will have their dreams of winning crushed when they're told to pack their bags and go home in a dramatic double exit with less than one week to go until Love Island finale.

Viewers have been voting overnight on which couple is their favourite.

Unfortunately for the least popular duo, they will be booted from the villa during Wednesday night's episode.

It will be a devastating blow to the eliminated islanders as there are just six days left until the finale.

There are six couples left on the show but only one can emerge victorious.

Olivia Attwood and Chris Hughes have had the rockiest ride of the remaining pairs, with multiple rows and even a temporary break-up, not to mention all the drama involving 'Muggy' Mike Thalasstis, after Olivia admitted being torn between the two men and even admitted she'd have sex with Mike in the hideaway if nobody found out.

In contrast, Amber Davies and Kem Cetinay have settled down following their own period of unrest.

Kem was thrilled during last night's lie detector challenge when it emerged Amber was telling the truth about being in love with him and seeing a future with them outside the villa.

The lie detector test caused other couples problems, however, with Gabby Allen and Marcel Somerville's relationship appearing to be on the brink after she truthfully said she wasn't in love with him.

She was also said to be lying when insisting she was looking forward to having sex with Marcel outside the villa.

But Gabby turned it all around later on when it emerged she'd been working for days on an elaborate plan to tell Marcel just how much she loves him.

Despite opposition from Sam Gowland, who felt it was the wrong time for Gabby to say 'I love you' given the lie detector test results, she went ahead with her scheme much to the delight of Marcel.

The pair both ended up teary-eyed when Gabby got the girls to spell out 'I [heart] U' on the grass of the villa and then encouraged Marcel to look down.

Sam didn't have the best luck when it came to his partner Georgia Harrison's lie detector test.

He jokingly expressed his disappointment when she truthfully said she wouldn't have sex with him in the villa and was then found to be lying when she claimed she did see a future for them after the show.

Camillla Thurlow ended up in tears after the lie detector test revealed she was fibbing about thinking she's compatible with Jamie Jewitt.

In a twist, the blonde later confessed in the Beach Hut she truly didn't believe they were compatible as she doesn't feel good enough for the hunky Calvin Klein model.

Meanwhile, the final couple, Montana Brown and Alex Beattie, emerged from the lie detector test relatively unscathed.

Montana truthfully admitted she wasn't in love with Alex but pointed out they'd only known each other for a couple of weeks.

The Love Island prize money is £50,000 for the winning couple.

Love Island continues 9pm tonight on ITV2
