The reality babe, 36, headed out to dinner at a posh restaurant in Beverly Hills, but forgot to put on a bra.
Mum-of-two Kim turned heads in a see-through outfit after leaving her underwear at home.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star looked better than ever in the saucy outfit, which she teamed with high heels for her special night out with Kanye.
The showbiz supercouple were spotted leaving a friend's house and heading to an upmarket restaurant in the exclusive California neighbourhood .
They stars are parents to two kids, North and Saint, and they took a rare night off from parenting duties to spend a romantic evening together.
Kim has been busier than ever this summer as she juggles family commitments with managing her business empire and filming her reality show.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star recently launched her own make-up range called KKW Beauty.
The collection puts her in competition with little sister Kylie Jenner who has scored a huge success with her lip kits.

Speaking about the difference between their ranges, Kim said: “I am older than Kylie. We definitely have a different audience.”
And she’s also been busy with her children’s clothing range The Kids Supply, which she runs with husband Kanye.
Just two days ago the couple drop their second line, which has been seen on daughter North over the last couple of months.
The first range in May sold out very quickly and the new line is already proving to be a hit.
Meanwhile Kim was recently forced to deny she lets her four year old daughter wear a corset after she was seen in what appeared to be a white corset.
Kim responded with a video saying: “This dress that I did not design – I actually bought -is not a corset. It’s just fabric on the front that looks like a corset.
“So I think it’s really cute I bought it from a designer and it’s just fabric people. It’s not a real corset.”
She also captioned the video: “I would never put my daughter in a corset! Relax it’s a dress I bought that is fabric that laces up and looks like a corset!”
