India didn’t stir as she made her live television debut at just two-months of age

Speaking on This Morning, Binky said: “Breastfeeding in public was scary for me. I’d never done it before so that was really scary for me.”

Revealing there was never any possibility of her allowing the birth to be filmed, Binky admitted she was worried about her new show because it is more “intimate” than Made in Chelsea.

“I’ve done it for six years so it’s normal for me, but it’s obviously a lot more intimate now,” she said.

Binky added: “With Made in Chelsea it was a big crew, it was so much easier.”

The couple also revealed how they are planning baby number two – after a two-and-a-half month gap.

“I’m thinking two and a half years,” said Binky.

The couple reunited after discovering they were expecting baby India

Marriage could follow their next child, with Josh previously telling Hello: “It’s far too soon to ask that. Let’s get little India all grown up first.”

Binky added: “Well, not too grown up.”

With wedding bells clearly a touchy subject in the couple’s home, Josh diplomatically said: “This is a question that’s getting me into trouble, so, fine, I’ll just nod. But yes, having India has really put things into perspective. Let’s just say we’re happier than ever.”

During her pregnancy Binky announced she was quitting Made In Chelsea after series 13 to concentrate on parenting.

However, she and JP will feature in their own spin-off documentary Born In Chelsea, as they adapt to life as first time parents.

The two hour-long specials show will follow the couple as they prepare for India Elizabeth’s arrival, with tasks like getting their home ready for a baby and dealing with the moment Binky goes into labour.
