Couple, who came fifth in this year’s series, haven’t seen each other since landing back in the UK
LOVE Island stars Montana Brown and Alex Beattie have secretly ended their romance – just days after leaving the villa.
The couple who came fifth in this year’s series haven’t seen each other since landing back in the UK but will put on a “united front” on Sunday’s ITV2 reunion show.
“She doesn’t like partying and isn’t a big drinker so personal appearances in nightclubs aren’t really her thing.
“Instead she is ambitious and very much a career woman – her relationship with Alex is going to take a back seat.”
Montana, 21, made it clear during an awkward appearance on This Morning that she isn’t in love with Alex, 22, despite him declaring his affections for her.
When asked about her feelings towards Alex this week, she said: “I don’t love Alex yet, no.
“I’m really true to myself. I don’t want to just say it if I don’t mean it.”
She admitted that her time on Love Island was a career move – telling the Loose Women panel: "I just thought it would be a really good platform for me to do what I want to do.
“I just thought to be in the public eye, I feel like it gives you a great platform to influence the public and in a good way as well.”
