BEN Haenow has tied married his long term girlfriend Jessica Jones in an intimate ceremony in Italy.
The 2014 X Factor winner's wedding was a close family affair with his grandmother performing the ceremony – translating the Italian vows into English for the guests.
Ben told The Mail Online: “We got married in a small town in Northern Italy, where my nan grew up, near the river Brenta.
“We had a small ceremony of closest friends and family. I arrived nervous and excited for the biggest day of my life and left with the wife of my dreams after a fairytale wedding.
“This is the beginning of our happy ever after.”
Describing Jessica, his girlfriend on nine years, Ben said words “couldn’t describe how beautiful she looked.”
The couple got engaged last November, with Ben announcing the news with a sweet picture on Instagram.
He announced their marriage on Instagram, and told his followers he was enjoying a mini-moon with his new wife.
His X Factor co-star Fleur East congratulated the couple and wrote: “Enjoy your mini moon and loving your new song- you sound so good!”
The post was also flooded with comments from his fans.
One told him: “A fantastic couple you deserve many happy years together.”
Another said: “Congratulations on getting married. Love you both to bits.”
