Love Island’s Chloe Crowhurst says her romance with Towie’s Jon Clark is off after they were pictured kissing on holiday
LOVE Island’s Chloe Crowhurst says she and Towie’s Jon Clark are not an item days, after they were seen kissing on holiday.
The reality babe says the pair tried to “make a go of it” when she came out of the villa last month.
She hinted that Jon, 27, did not want to commit, telling the Sun’s Bizarre column she had feelings for him but did not know what he wanted.
It comes after she was seen on Tinder – but she says the account is not her.
Speaking last night at a Love Island quiz night hosted at in Essex, Chloe, 22, said: “When I got out of the villa we tried to make a go of things – but I’m not sure.
“There are feelings there – definitely from my side - but I’m not a mind reader, I don’t know what he’s thinking.”
The pair were thought to be a couple when Chloe entered the Mallorcan villa last month.
Jon, a former Love Island star, vented his rage and blasted her, branding her a “liar”.
And they were seen kissing days after she was dumped from the villa and even smooching on holiday recently.
Asked if it was awkward when she was reunited with Jon, she told the Sun: “Of course it was always going to be awkward.
"But there was no need for us to be awkward so we just brushed it under the carpet.
“I’m really busy at the moment. Trying to work and then try and build a relationship is really difficult. But if you definitely want to, you can make it work.”
Chloe has featured on This Morning, covering Love Island and aims to pursue her television career.
But she quashed rumours she would join Jon on The Only Way Is Essex.
She added: “I don’t know where these Towie rumours are coming from. There’s nothing in the pipeline for me to go in it.”
