Sam Smith looks even slimmer after dramatic weight loss as he parties in London

SAM Smith continued to show off his astonishing weight loss as he stepped out in London last night.
The Grammy-winning singer, 25, wore a baggy T-shirt and jeans while partying with X Factor star Louisa Johnson.
Sam has been steadily shedding the pounds over the last few years and once even revealed he lost more than a stone in a fortnight.
The singer has previously credited nutritional therapist Amelia Freer for his weight loss and is thought to have shed three stone in total.
Back in April 2015, he posted an image holding her book on Instagram, alongside the caption: “Amelia Freer has helped me lose over a stone in two weeks and has completely transformed my relationship with food.
“Everyone go check out her incredible book, and start to live healthy.
“It’s not even about weight loss it’s about feeling happy in yourself.
“Love you Amelia & thank you for making me feel so happy inside and out.”
Speaking at the Grammy Awards last year, he said: "I've just not eaten like a pig anymore – that's what I'm doing.
"It's very very difficult. I love food so much so it's a constant battle. It's always going to be a battle but I'm trying my best."
Sam spent the evening with singer Louisa Johnson who looked stunning in a slinky blue bodysuit.
The singer teamed her ensemble with a pair of strappy red heels.
