Celebrity Big Brother viewers slam Karthik Nagesan after he tells Sarah Harding to ‘go get pretty’

CELEBRITY Big Brother viewers have slammed Karthik Nagesan for telling Sarah Harding to "go get pretty" on tonight's show.

The Apprentice star made the shocking comment as the group relaxed outside in the garden yesterday evening.

The former Girls Aloud star was chatting with fellow singer Amelia Lily while having a cigarette in her dressing gown when Karthik popped up next to her.

He said quietly into her ear: "What you need to do, is you need to go get pretty and come outside."

Sarah, 35, opened her mouth in shock and sat back, making a growling noise before repeating what he said to Amelia.

She said: "I need to go get pretty and come outside."

Wrapping her arm around Sarah, Amelia said: "As if you just said that to her!"

Karthik tried to defend himself by saying: "In terms of dress..." but Sarah shut him down saying: "No, I'm going to bed at 12."

The businessman continued to try and cajole the singer into glamming up, saying: "Come on, you know you want to join the party."

But Sarah refused to back down, and replied: "No I'm in the party, I don't need to get dressed up I did it earlier before we got egged. gunged."

Indeed, the housemates had taken part in a task earlier in the day where they all wore evening gowns and tuxedos before being covered in eggs if their fellow celebrities guessed a fact about them correctly.

Karthik said: "Oh you mean in the dress they gave us that was itching all the time?"

Sarah replied: "I washed my hair today, I put on my orange lippy I'm just not doing it again.You know, I'm just chilling."

Finally taking the hint, Karthik winked and said: "That's it man, chill out, chill out."

But Celebrity Big Brother viewers were far from chilled out over his comments, taking to Twitter in their droves to slam him and his behaviour.

One wrote: "Karthik is a grade A p****", while another added: "Go get pretty, how rude!!!"

A third agreed, writing: "Did he really just say "you need to get pretty"??? You need to sort your eyebrow out mate and stfu!"

Indeed Karthik's own appearance was used as ammunition by some viewers, with one writing: "I retract my defence of Karthik. Imagine saying to actual Sarah Harding to 'go get pretty' F*** your monobrow!"
