Stacey Solomon poses in her bikini and jiggles her ‘saggy boobs’ as she celebrates her ‘imperfections’ in empowering video
The Loose Women star has encouraged her fans to love their bodies regardless of their shape or size
STACEY Solomon has shared a funny and empowering video in a bikini to encourage women to love their 'imperfections'.
The Loose Women star is currently enjoying a holiday with her children, but took time out to upload the clip to her Instagram page while wearing a white two piece.

She captioned the shot: "SHOUT OUT TO EVERYONE ON HOLIDAY WORRYING ABOUT HOW THEY LOOK!
"You're all perfectly imperfect and unique and beautiful.
"I thought I'd make a little holiday video celebrating my society labelled "imperfections" because actually I love them, they're part of me, and they have their uses!
"I think if we can all show off our insecurities then we will all start realising NOBODY escapes the world of perfection that we are all under pressure to keep up with and everyone can sleep a little easier at night knowing everyone comes in different shapes sizes etc etc and we all have the same extra ordinary bits that are seen as "imperfections" but they're not they all tell a story of who we are and why we are and where we are going!"
In the video, Stacey - who has had two children - can be seen standing with her hands on her hips, with her hair damp and slicked back off her face.
She says to the camera: "Three things I love about my bikini body" before turning and shaking her bum.
She then points at her hips and says: "muffin top".

The clip the cuts to her lying on her side on the floor, and in a faux posh voice, she says: "Not only are they insulating, but who else can lay this comfortably on a stone floor without the help of these babies."
After jiggling the skin on her hip again, she then stands back up and points to her breasts for number two on her list.

She says: "my saggy boobies" before jiggling them up and down and pulling a face.
The video then cuts to her standing with popular holiday items tucked under each boob.

She adds: "They may not be what looks the best but I tell you now, I don't need a bag for anything on holiday.
"Ice pole anyone? glasses?"

After whipping the items out from under her breasts, the camera zooms in for point three: "stretch marks."
Stacey is then seen sitting on the floor as one of her sons and a little girl are seen drawing all over her with black pen.

She says: "Stretch marks provide hours of entertainment for the children, just look at them, never been happier!"
She then jokes to the kids: "I haven't got that many! what's happening!"
