STACEY Solomon had her fans in stitches today as she demonstrated the difficulties of posing for the perfect Instagram snap.

Wearing a bikini, she tries to pose with her chin in her hands before getting a little windswept.
The Loose Women star then rolls over in the water with her hands in the air - much to the delight of her watching two sons Leighton, four and Zachary, eight.
She exclaims: "My God this is difficult. Synchronised swimming by me mummy Solomon."
She wrote next to the clip: "When you know that this is what everyone on holiday is going through trying to get that perfect insta snap 😂😂😂😂
"I wasn't trying to look good FYI just making a silly synchronised swim video for the boys to laugh at all day."
Stacey's latest social media post comes a few days after she jigged her 'saggy' boobs in a bikini in another video which urged fans to celebrate their imperfections.
She captioned the post: "SHOUT OUT TO EVERYONE ON HOLIDAY WORRYING ABOUT HOW THEY LOOK!
"You're all perfectly imperfect and unique and beautiful.
"I thought I'd make a little holiday video celebrating my society labelled "imperfections" because actually I love them, they're part of me, and they have their uses!
"I think if we can all show off our insecurities then we will all start realising NOBODY escapes the world of perfection that we are all under pressure to keep up with and everyone can sleep a little easier at night knowing everyone comes in different shapes sizes etc etc and we all have the same extra ordinary bits that are seen as "imperfections" but they're not they all tell a story of who we are and why we are and where we are going!"
In the video, Stacey stands with her hands on her hips, with her hair damp and slicked back off her face.
She says to the camera: "Three things I love about my bikini body" before turning and shaking her bum.
She then points at her hips and says: "muffin top".
