Who is Diana Vickers, how old is she and what is her background?
Diana Vickers is a 26-year-old singer and actress from Blackburn in Lancashire, who found fame through the 2008 series of The X Factor.
Having sung from the age of 11, she auditioned for the programme with The Blower's Daughter by Damien Rice and regularly performed barefoot during the live shows.
Simon Cowell branded her performance style "Marmite" and her unusual dancing led her to be labelled "The Claw".
During the series she also dated fellow contestant, Northern Irish Eoghan Quigg, who came third on the show.
After coming fourth on the series herself, she bagged the lead role in The Rise And Fall Of Little Voice in the West End.
She also released two albums, Songs From The Tainted Cherry Tree in 2010, and Music To Make Boys Cry in 2013.
Since then she's appeared in 2014 indie movie The Perfect Wave - about surfing - with Clint Eastwood's son, and a Sky sitcom called Give Out Girls.
Her stage show credits include comedy play The Duck House, and the Rocky Horror Show UK tour.
Now she's bagged the lead in brand new musical Son Of A Preacher Man, inspired by the Dusty Springfield song of the same name.
