KATIE Price's recent sexy naked photoshoot on the beach in Miami was illegal.
Fans of Katie's My Crazy Life programme saw the 39-year-old in all her glory last night as she posed in the nude in the popular tourist city for her upcoming calendar.
While topless sunbathing is socially acceptable on the city's popular South Beach, there is only one place you can completely strip off - the northern part of Haulover Beach - which Katie wasn't on.
During the shoot, the reality star laid in the surf before lifting her chest up off the sand to show off her enhanced breasts.
Working her angles, Katie then laid back down, her hair wet from the surf and showed off her curves as the camera snapped away.
The mother-of-five could then be seen sitting up on her side as the water lapped around her bum as onlookers on the beach wandered past behind the camera.
Katie was clearly delighted with the shoot, as she shouted and waved her arm above her head at stunned beach-goers, while covering her boobs with the other.
Last night's episode also saw Katie come face to face with DJ Tom Zanetti after allegations of a fling earlier this year when they worked together on a song.
And despite her promises to serve him some “home truths”, the tables turned when Tom threatened to show some potentially damaging evidence about their relationship.
During the argument, Katie fumed: “We meet again since Miami. Obviously I know now the track’s not going to go ahead. Yet again my dreams were shattered, ’cause everything I do gets shattered.”
Tom decided to drop the track they had been working on after he was linked to the mum-of-five while they were recording in Miami in May.

When Katie tried to speak over him, he fired back: “You’re just being rude — you’re not being professional. We didn’t need to make this track, we were asked to do it.”
Last month her husband Kieran Hayler claimed he had seen text messages from Katie to Tom in which she had promised to change her surname to the DJ’s when they “got married and had kids”.
And as Katie stormed out during the Quest Red show, Tom brought up the potentially damaging evidence.
He said: “If that’s how you want to blow it out, I’ll take the mic off. I’ll show you these. I’ll tell you what I’ve got, Kate.”
