Towie’s Dan Edgar reveals he left Amber Turner ‘heartbroken’ after dumping her as he admits to bedding a string of girls
TOWIE hunk Dan Edgar has revealed he left Amber Turner "heartbroken" after dumping her as he admits to bedding a string of women this summer.
The newly-single star, 26, was forced to cut ties with Amber, 23, after she kept trying to make their romance work – but he wasn’t interested.
Amber started dating Dan last series after the pair hooked up during filming in Tenerife.
But now Dan says that he would never sacrifice his single life to be with Amber as he admits to having his eye on new girls Ruby Lacey and Maddie Hooper.
In an exclusive interview with The Sun’s Bizarre column in Marbella, he said: “It got to that point with Amber where I knew she wanted a relationship and I didn’t want that.
“She definitely wanted to settle with me so I had to cut ties. She was a bit heartbroken – it got to a stage where she really liked me.
“But it would take a lot for me to sacrifice being single. I was with Kate for six years and now it’s nice to have no worries and just to be enjoying myself.
“Ruby and Maddie are both very good looking girls – I’d take them both. They are nice in different ways. Everyone is saying Ruby is a cross between Kate and Danielle so that could work for me.”
Dan is recently single after coming out of a six-year relationship with former Towie star Kate Wright, who’s since moved on with football legend Rio Ferdinand.
And Dan reveals there’s nothing he misses about being in a relationship after spending his summer bedding multiple women – and with minimal effort.
He said: “I don’t do badly with girls. I’ve pulled almost every night in Marbella.
“There have been a few nights where I’ve taken a couple of girls home. It sounds really bad but I don’t make any effort with girls.
“I don’t mean to be really cocky but I wait for girls to come to me. I have no tactics or lines or anything. I just give them the eye and a little smile.”
