THE ONE SHOW has been cancelled for an hour long-tribute to the great entertainer who has died aged 89.
The BBC have opted instead to provide a loving and deserved tribute to the greatest entertainer in British history.

He is famed for films like Top Gun, Jerry Maguire and the Mission Impossible franchise.
Tom hit the headlines earlier this week after injuring himself filming a stunt for the latest MI film.
JB Gill
JB is most famous for being in JLS.
After the band disbanded he headed for a career in TV.
He has now been unveiled as the new presenter of Songs of Praise
Ella Eye
Ella is an English singer and songwriter, signed to Virgin EMI Records.
She is best known for her collaborations with Rudimental on their UK number one single Waiting All Night (2013), which won the 2014 Brit Award for British Single of the Year, and with DJ Fresh on his single Gravity (2015).
Her debut EP, Deeper, was released in 2013 and her debut album, Feline, was out in 2015.
Who was presenting tonight?
Show regular Alex Jones is well and truly back into the swing of things after her return from maternity leave.
Alex returned to the show at the end of April after giving birth to her son, Teddy, in January.
She would have been joined by Strictly winner Ore Oduba.

The magazine style show has been running for over a decade. The first episode was aired on August 14 2006.

Chris Evans oversaw the Friday night hour-long episodes from 2010 to 2015.
