Marnie Simpson
As his fellow co-star on Geordie Shore, Aaron has been involved in a long-running on/off relationship with Marnie since 2014.
In scenes for their in the Summer of 2016, Aaron confessed that he was in love with the bubbly star – and the pair promptly reunited.
However, it appeared to end for good in 2016 when Marnie appeared on Celebrity Big Brother and started a relationship with her fellow contestant, Lewis Bloor.
When Lewis and Marnie broke up, Aaron jumped to the defence of his ex, and laid into Lewis - accusing him of spending thousands of pounds of her money during their six month romance.
This led to Lewis requesting a fight with Aaron in a boxing match, which Aaron never took up.
In 2017, after Aaron's first official MMA fight, Marnie ran into the ring to give Aaron a hug following his win.
When they were seen shooting the latest series of Geordie Shore two days later, they were seen snogging in the back of a car as they headed home from a night out.
Looks like they made up then.
Lauren Pope
Aaron and Lauren revealed they were dating in December 2016, and even jetted off on romantic holidays together to Dubai in the weeks that followed.
The former Towie star and the Geordie hunk didn't last however, and broke up at the end of January after it was alleged he spat food at her on a night out.
However, Aaron dismissed the claims, and told The Sun's Bizarre column: “Apparently I spat food at Lauren. 1. I am not a tramp 2. If I spat food at her she would knock us out and 3. I wouldn’t waste food.
“The story was laughable; everything that was said in the story was lies. We split because of the distance and working commitments – it wasn’t really fair on either of us."
Lauren has also said that she's happy again following the break-up.
Nicole Bass
In a complicated twist of fate, Aaron had a short-lived relationship with Nicole Bass, Lewis Bloor's ex-girlfriend, during the time Lewis was dating Marnie.
The pair met while filming a series of Ex on the Beach, and went on to date for nearly two months before calling it quits.
It was said to be an amicable split, and the pair have remained friends.
Jenny Thompson
The Sun revealed that Aaron also romped with Wayne Rooney’s hooker Jenny Thompson, 27, while filming Ex on the Beach.
The curvy former sex worker is known for allegedly having sex with at least thirteen Premier League footballers including Mario Balotelli.
Jenny and Aaron shot to the bedroom quickly after meeting - and in part to wind up another of his exes, Becca.
He told the camera: “I’ve got the keys to the penthouse. I wanna sh*g Jenny and I couldn’t give a f**k if that hurts Becca. Let’s get some f**king action going.”
Newcomer Jenny wasn't holding back either, and explained: “I thought it would be the best idea to get away from all the drama and get down to the good business.”
They were seen out in Manchester after arriving back in the UK, but only remained friends as he got together with Nicole.
Chantelle Connelly
Chantelle and Aaron immediately struck up a connection when she joined the cast for one season at the beginning of 2016.
However, despite heading out and getting their names tattooed onto each other on the first date, the romance quickly died out after that one day out.
While their romance wasn't meant to be, it did make for hilariously awkward scenes as he had to explain his new ink to a newly returning Marnie...
Chelsea Barber
During series 14 of MTV's Geordie Shore - which aired in early 2017 - Aaron was seen making a move on new cast member Chelsea Barber.
The romance drew attention from Aaron's ex-fling and fellow co-star Marnie Simpson who flew into a rage when her ex started getting close to other women.
Marnie even went as far as packing her bags and leaving the Geordie Shore house in protest at his apparent fling with Chelsea - but they made up once Aaron revealed he had not slept with the fellow Geordie Shore star.
Danielle Scott
As of March 2017, Aaron is reportedly loved up with brunette beauty Danielle Scott - who he wanted to head off to the Maldives with.
The Essex based beauty caught Aaron’s eye with her sexy Instagram pics and the pair's relationship blossomed online.
While he is yet to go public with the relationship himself, pals told The Sun Online: “Danielle is a gorgeous girl so it’s not surprising he’s so keen. Aaron’s even planning on taking her away to the Maldives.
“He’s a decent bloke and would take good care of her, they’d make a lovely couple.”
However, by May, he was seen getting passionate with old flame Marnie, suggesting their romance died out.
