Taylor Swift fans convinced new song is a dig at Katy Perry as they spot beat is identical to a track from a key scene in Mean Girls
TAYLOR Swift's new song Look What You Made Me Do uses the film Mean Girls to cleverly reference her beef with Katy Perry.
Katy once called Taylor "Regina George in sheep's clothing", referencing the high school film villain over no. 1 single Bad Blood, which was about their fall-out.
He tweeted: "Taylor was once called 'Regina George in sheep's clothing' and her new song uses the beat from this scene in Mean Girls. 👀"
The amazing discovery now has over 5,000 retweets and has been liked almost 12,000 times.
T. Kyle even lined up the beats from the two songs and found that they look exactly the same - suggesting Taylor directly sampled the soundtrack in a subtle dig at her enemy.
Fans were really excited to see how Taylor had incorporated the insult into her song in such an interesting way.

One tweeted: "I haven't always been the biggest fan of her music, but I love her self awareness as an artist.
"The best clap back is embracing your faults."
Meanwhile other fans were excited at the prospect of all the showbiz drama if the entire album turned out to be Taylor's personal "Burn Book".
In Mean Girls, the Burn Book was where Regina and her cronies wrote down horrible things about everyone in the school.
One fan joked: "One time, Taylor punched me in the face," referring to one character's recollection of her best interactions with school bully Regina.
Taylor's new album Reputation looks set to be all about what other people think of her, and the negative public image she has acquired in the last year.

The Sheep mascot is, you guessed it, a wolf in sheep's clothing, hinting at Taylor perhaps not being as nice as she'd like people to think she is.
While the video's storyline - Katy triumphing over her enemy team - is a not-so-subtle way of warning Taylor that she's coming for her crown.
Fans are now anticipating whether Taylor and Katy will clash at tonight's VMAs.
Taylor's video is set to premiere there, while Teenage Dream singer Katy is hosting the awards ceremony.
It will definitely be interesting to see whether the feud develops, or whether the pair are going to put their disagreements to bed after this dig.
