Taylor Swift fans convinced new song is a dig at Katy Perry as they spot beat is identical to a track from a key scene in Mean Girls

TAYLOR Swift's new song Look What You Made Me Do uses the film Mean Girls to cleverly reference her beef with Katy Perry.

Katy once called Taylor "Regina George in sheep's clothing", referencing the high school film villain over no. 1 single Bad Blood, which was about their fall-out.

The amazing discovery now has over 5,000 retweets and has been liked almost 12,000 times.

T. Kyle even lined up the beats from the two songs and found that they look exactly the same - suggesting Taylor directly sampled the soundtrack in a subtle dig at her enemy.
